Three tiers, designed around deployment scope

Lean Path is deployed as a managed service with pricing tied to your supply chain scope. All tiers start with a structured review of your data environment before deployment begins.

Access process

How Pilot access works

The Pilot tier is application-based. We review each request to confirm fit before starting deployment scoping.

01

Submit a request

Fill out the access request form with basic information about your supply chain: number of production facilities, Tier-1 customer relationships, and approximate part catalog size.

02

Initial review call

We schedule a 30-minute call to review your data environment, discuss deployment scope, and confirm whether a Pilot deployment is the right starting point for your situation.

03

Scoping and start

If the fit is confirmed, we define the Pilot scope together and begin onboarding. Most Pilots reach production forecasts within eight to twelve weeks of contract signature.

FAQ

Common questions

Lean Path requires data integration with your ERP and your Tier-1 customers' EDI systems. That integration needs to be scoped and validated for your specific supply chain structure before deployment begins. Self-serve access without that groundwork would lead to a poor outcome. The application process ensures that every deployment starts with a clear scope and a data environment that can support accurate forecasting.

You will need at least 18 months of historical shipment records, a current bill-of-materials structure for the parts in scope, and an established EDI connection with at least one Tier-1 customer who provides planning schedule releases. During the initial review call, we will assess your data environment and flag any gaps before committing to a deployment timeline.

Yes. If you start with a Pilot and decide to expand to full Plant scope, we can convert the contract mid-term. The Pilot deployment is designed to be the first phase of a broader rollout, so the data connections and model training you complete during the Pilot carry forward. There is no need to restart the onboarding process when you upgrade.

Plant tier pricing is a flat monthly rate regardless of the number of part numbers in scope or the number of planners accessing the output. We do not charge per seat or per SKU. The pricing is tied to the deployment scope: single facility, up to four Tier-1 customer lanes. If your needs exceed that scope, the Network tier handles multi-facility deployments with custom pricing.

Not sure which tier fits your situation?

The initial review call is designed to answer that question. We will look at your supply chain scope together and recommend the right starting point.
